Porchette

The Treviso-style porchetta is the pride and joy of the Salumificio Da Pian because it is prepared according to the original recipe handed down over the years by ancient “luganegheri” (lagoon men). The traditional procedure makes the porchetta fragrant, tasty and non-greasy because the slow cooking at low temperatures allows the fat to melt, leaving the meat tender and juicy.

Cut with a knife and served with warm bread, it becomes a delicious treat for the palate and a healthy and genuine dish.

PORCHETTA GRAND GOURMET

The Porchetta Grand Gourmet is prepared with pork legs coming exclusively from Italian certified breeders, slightly aromatised with a mixture of salt, spices and aromatic herbs, without additives and preservatives. It is tied by hand with string and cooked slowly in the oven at low temperatures for 14/18 hours. The very delicate perfume and flavour, typical of roasts and the light brown colour of natural pork meat are the characteristics of the Da Pian Treviso-style porchetta, a speciality for the most refined palates.
